Package Securely
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that candle jars and diffusers are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fragrance products, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
