Our standard 10oz candles offer a burn time of approximately 50-60 hours, while our larger 16oz luxury jars can last up to 90 hours when maintained correctly.
Are your fragrance oils and wax blends non-toxic?
Yes, all Scentiment products are crafted with a proprietary soy-coconut wax blend and phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure a clean, soot-free burn that is safe for your home.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the domestic US takes 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once it departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We offer a 30-day return window for any unused and unopened products. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team with a photo for an immediate replacement.

How can I maximize the scent throw of my candle?
To get the best scent experience, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every light and allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to prevent tunneling.
